By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms. All quotes we provide are estimates and may change if additional work, repairs, or materials are needed. A 50% deposit is required to begin any work, and the remaining balance is due when the job is completed.

Customers are responsible for choosing fabrics and materials. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, supplier delays, color variations, or issues caused by customer-supplied materials. Timeframes for completing work are estimates and may change based on material availability, workload, or the condition of the furniture.

If a job is canceled after materials have been ordered or work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. We guarantee our workmanship, but this does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage that occurs after the furniture leaves our care. We are also not responsible for pre-existing structural issues in the furniture.

Any personal information you provide is used only to communicate with you and complete your service. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes.
